Nonostante le tante critiche ricevute, Jump Force (in versione PlayStation 4) si è preso anche il merito di guadagnarsi il primato nelle vendite software settimanali in Giappone. Il picchiaduro di Bandai Namco è primo tra i più venduti nella terra del sol levante, seguito da Catherine: Full Body (Limited Edition) e da New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe.
Per quanto riguarda gli hardware, Nintendo Switch resta saldamente in testa alle vendite settimanali con le sue oltre sessantacinquemila console piazzate in Giappone, control le sole tredici vendute da Xbox One, che chiude la classifica hardware all’ultimo posto.
