Halo 2 non avrà la loggy....
il server cambia host solo durante la partita, quando questa finisce, l'host ritorna all'utente di partenza, sempre che ci sia ancora..
Clans
Halo 2 allows you to build a Clan – a group of up to one hundred players who can patrol Xbox Live in groups of up to eight, all playing simultaneously if they wish. A Clan is a competitive social group and when playing in Clan matches, has its statistics tracked en masse – that is, each member of the Clan contributes to the clan's overall ranking by competing in Clan Vs. Clan games. A Clan, for the purposes of Xbox Live, is treated as an individual, almost like a single player.
Clans are created and named in the Halo 2 interface, but can be tracked and managed on Bungie.net using Groups. You can link your group to up to seven clans for easy access to matches, and other arrangements. A player (per Gamertag) may only enjoy membership of a single Clan, in order to retain clarity and simplicity. We realize that some players may wish to be members of multiple Clans, but in order to prevent cheating, exploits and unused Clans, we felt this was the clearest and best way to keep things fair.
You can find out more about Halo 2 Clan functionalit, and more about our groups and fan community, and we'll be updating that information soon: Check out More Halo 2 Xbox Live Help and Halo 2 and Bungie.net Group Information
Halo 2 Matchmaking
Another very detailed system in Halo 2 is our Matchmaking Playlists. We always preface this explanation by pointing out that you can create whatever game types you like, and play against anyone you wish, on any map you choose, through Arranged Games picked or started through the Create Party menu item.
Matchmaking Playlists are a little more unusual, however. Should you choose QuickMatch you will simply be placed in (probably) a Rumble Pit game with a great connection and a good number of players for its chosen map.
OptiMatch, however, is a little different. The OptiMatch menu will contain a list of game types – Rumble Pit, Team Skirmish, Major Clanmatch, Head-to-Head etc. Now these obviously allow you to select broad types of game, but when you pick one of these sub-categories, you will be placed in a match against other players of your approximate skill level, but in a game of our choosing. So if you pick Big Team Battle for example, you may find yourself in a large CTF game on Waterworks. Since it's a ranked game that counts against your overall stats and ranking you don't pick the rules – the game does. You can find out everything you need to know about Matchmaking here: Halo 2 Matchmaking
And you can read more about the types of Playlist we use here: Halo 2 Playlists
The cool thing about Playlists is that we can update them at any time, based on popularity, rule changes or even to include new, downloadable maps (in the future).
