    ma perché in trucchi e soluzioni?
    Uno stato che proibisce la libera circolazione di idee è uno stato fragilissimo e dovrà quindi provvedere ad un controllo esasperato dei cittadini per ottenere quanto desidera.
    Veramente forte è lo stato che persegue la felicità dei cittadini e che, in primo luogo, concede libertà di pensiero e di critica anche delle stesse istituzione politiche.
    Un cittadino che argomenta contro una legge che ritiene ingiusta non diverrà mai un cospiratore: la libertà è il miglior antidoto contro la sovversione.
