    ho acquistato da poco homeworld:cataclism.
    lo installo,installo anche la patch 1.01 cd fix(sennò non mi parte),lo faccio partire,vedo il filmato della sierra, quello della barking dog studios e mi ritorna a windows!!!
    vi prego aiutatemi

    Non ti pare di essere un po' vago?? Il problema potrebbe essere qualsiasi...dalle prestazioni Hardware all'incompatibilità di Driver e roba simile...

    Che configurazione hai? Tutti i driver sono aggiornati? Hai la giusta versione di Directx (se hai l'ultima...)? Hai letto il file ReadMe?

    ho direct 9 e windows 98.
    le altre cose di driver e cose varie non ne so niente.
    volevo dire che su 2 pc dei miei amici funziona e hanno windows xp e me.

    Non ne sono sicuro, ma potrebbero essere le DirectX 9 la causa del problema.

    oddio... mi pare che lo faceva anche a me quel lavoro ma non mi ricordo come ho risolto.. in ogni caso con XP l'unico modo efficace per farlo funzonare è stato quello di... crakkarlo (naturalmente ho il cd originale)

    Quindi mi pare evidente che il problema sia il tuo computer...
    Non credo che il problema invece riguardi le directx 9...oltre a tutte le funzioni nuove directx 9 dovrebbe includere anche tutte quelle delle vecchie versioni...ma non sono molto ferrato in materia quindi vi lascio il beneficio del dubbio...

    Piuttosto il file readme dice nulla su incompatibilità con alcune schede video??? E la ram è sufficente? Prova ad aggiornare i driver della sceda video...o se hai poca ram prova ad escludere qualche programma in background...
