Agl: Agility determines how fast a character completes an action and
Determines evasion. It can be increased by evading attacks (i.e. equipping
Hit Points: Hit Points determine the amount of damage a character can take
before dying. They are increased by losing over 1/2 your HP in a battle.
Int: Intelligence determines the power of black magic spells. To raise
it, simply cast a black magic spell several times in one fight (5-100
times, depending on the enemy and the magic's skill level).
Magic Points: Magic Points determine the number of magic spells a
character can cast. They are increased by losing over 1/2 your MP in a
M.Pwr: Magic Power determines the amount of Magic Points gained after a
battle, provided that the criteria outlined above has been met.
Magic Skill Level: The amount of damage that a spell does and its
effectiveness is determined by the spell's magic skill level. To raise it
one level, cast the spell 100 times.
Pwr: Power determines the amount of damage a characters physical attacks
will do. To increase Pwr, attack several times in a battle (from 5-100
times, depending on the enemy and weapon skill level). Frequently, an
increase in weapon level comes hand in hand.
Soul: Soul determines the power of white magic spells. To raise Soul,
cast white magic several times in one fight (5-100 times, depending on the
enemy and the magic's skill level). It frequently increases with a Cane
Weapon level up.
Vit: Vitality determines HP gains and M. Pwr. To raise Vit, lose a lot of
HP in a fight.
Weapon Skill: This determines the amount of hits that your weapon
