Intervista a Reggie (uscita di Zelda confermata)

Club Nintendo ha intervistato Reggie. Ecco l'intervista.

CN: Avete ritardato Zelda TP perchè sarà lanciato per Revo?
R: No, perchè il Miya vuole far uscire il miglior Zelda. Uscirà ad APRILE e sarà per GC.

CN: Le date di uscita di TP e del Revo saranno vicine?
R: La cosa più importante è che TP sia per GC, tanto il Revo è retrocompatibile.

CN: Ci hai giocato?
R: Sì, ma non con la versione finale, e la grafica è incredibile.

CN: Che ne pensano le terze parti del Revo?
R: Sono molte affascinate, svilupperanno giochi con gameplay superiori rispetto a quelli delle altre console, e vedremo vecchi e nuovi franchise.

CN: Pensi che sarete copiati?
R: Credo che l'unica che ci può copiare è Sony. I videogiocatori sanno quello che NOI stiamo facendo. Se Sony ci copia, vuol dire che sono disperati e hanno bisogno di qualcosa di innovativo a tutti i costi. Possono farlo? Forse. Nintendo ha i brevetti ma in ogni caso NOI innoviamo.

CN: Nintendo sarà al CES?
R: Penso di no.

CN: Uscirà il Playan in America?
R: Sì.



EDIT: Vi confermo anche il Miya terrà una conferenza di mezz'ora il 2 dicembre, è ufficiale (ci sarà anche Kojima).

Allora, l'intervista è corta perchè sono IO che l'ho tradotta (e pure abbastanza male) tagliando alcune parti perchè avevo fretta, Club Nintendo è la rivista ufficiale dell'America Latina, ed eccovi l'intervista per intero.

CN: The delay of "Twilight Princess" is because it could be launched for the Revolution system in 2006?

The reason of the delay was because miyamoto said he wants it to be the best Zelda ever, but it's a hard record to achieve, so he asked for more time. We will be launching it in April and will be for gamecube.

CN: The launching dates of Zelda and the Revolution will be close?

Revolution is a game in wich you will be able to play Zelda, because it's backwards compatible, but it's important to know we will have this Zelda adventure for GameCube.

CN: Have you played it?

Yes, but not the final version, but some of the latest graphics and screenshots look awesome, I must say.

CN: Exists a great improvement between what showed at E3 and what you have seen?

The screenshots are mostly the same, the important improvements have been on Story, Boses and Areas.

CN: Returning to Revolution, Will there be titles from Third-Parties that can be played on the Revolution? Titles from X Box 360 and PS3? Will there be an additional control to play things like fighting games or such?

The control we showed can be attached to a Gamecube Type one, also, when we showed the developers the control they were fascinated, they will develop Third-Party games with superior gameplay (than the 360 or PS3 counterparts) and we will see known and new franchises made for this new system.

CN: Do you think it will be copied?

I think the only one who can copy what we have done is Sony. The Videogamers know our vision and know what we are doing. I think that if Sony copied the Revolution, it will show how desesperate is their need for Innovation. Can they do it? Possibly. Nintendo has some patents but ath the end we are Innovating and we will keep Innovating.

CN: Nintendo will be present on the Consumer Electronic Show?

We will not have a booth there, but there will be people giving interviews, We will focus on things more toward existing videogames. Our principal event is the E3.

CN: Will we have any version of Playan in America?

Yes, work has started on a version that can do this things, like MP3 and that.
