Ho appena acquistato il pc, ho provato a installare le demo di Doom 3 e Prey ... e magia, non partono, mi esce questo messaggio in una sorta di prompt azzurro in un box:

La demo di Fear è girata alla grande, con le impostazioni al massimo.
Ho un X2 5600+, 2900xt e 2GB Corsair con Vista Premium.
"This is just an FYI to anyone else who may try to play Doom 3, Prey, or Quake 4 in Vista. You will be able install the games just fine, but when you click on the executable it will crash with a bluescreen that says "DLL extraction to fs_savepath failed". The workaround for this is to right-click on the executable and click "Run as Administrator".
This is for anybody who gets this problem in the future, I was confused for a good hour or so trying to find a solution"
