Anatomical Arch Support, wtf!?

Compresi nella scatola delle air max 97 sono usciti 2 cosi detti "anatomical arch support" mi potreste spiegare cosa sono, dove si applicano e a cosa servono?

Ce scritto questo:

vanno incollati ai lati della scarpa, all' interno, è tipo na cosa per i piedi piatti o boh tipo per stare più comodi... ce li trovai anche io molto tempo fa
