Abbiam notato che purtroppo questa discussione è continuamente soggetta a comportamenti borderline e/o che violano il regolamento soprattutto dal punto di vista del flame quindi avviso che aumenteremo i controlli e la rigidità delle sanzioni evitando quindi di continuare a richiamare, ma intervenendo direttamente con sanzioni verso chi in tutto questo tempo è stato richiamato più volte (la maggior parte dei frequentatori assidui) e senza risultato.
Ci sono determinati utenti che continuano con atteggiamenti di disturbo da troppo tempo e che hanno compromesso nel tempo la discussione stessa.
Da chi persevera nelle provocazioni a chi, da intollerante, non riesce a portare pazienza verso nuovi o inesperti che richiedono un supporto maggiore della norma, a chi mantiene un'aria di saccenza nei confronti di chi invece è neofita o, semplicemente, magari è meno portato.
Questi atteggiamenti che portano inevitabilmente al flame devono finire altrimenti saremo costretti ad intervenire.

EDIT: Here's a summary of all that for easy understanding for people from /r/all. In the morning the League of Legends North American and European servers were down. The Oceania server also went offline later in the day. A group on twitter called DERP claimed it was them. Later a popular League of Legends streamer on Twitch.tv called PhantomL0rd was streaming. The group decided to turn offline whatever game PhantomL0rd was trying to play including Dota 2, Quake Live, Club Penguin, Battle.net, EA.com (the EA was just random). So PhantomL0rd established a connection with them and had a conversation with them. Later in the evening, the police came to PhantomL0rd house for some reason and his stream turned down. All League of Legends servers are online! The other games/service are also online now.

For those who don't know about the current situation:
A group called DERP is apparently DDoSing League of Legends NA/EU/OCE servers. They also took down Quake Live, Dota 2, Club Penguin, Battle.net, EA.com (Most of them or all of them are currently up and running). They are taking down whatever game Phantoml0rd is playing (or perhaps, trying to play). Most recent event is Phantoml0rd playing on OCE with stream fans and they took it down.
Phantoml0rd is going to talk with them on skype vent soon. EDIT: Conversation done. You can find it in my post under the "Stream events".

[5:15PM] Phantoml0rd is currently in contact with the DERP group. You can see the conversation on the stream.
[7:35PM] Stream is OFFLINE. Apparently Twitch took it down. About more than 140,000 viewers have been spectating the stream.
[11:00PM] PhantomL0rd should start streaming again in about 30 minutes to 1 hour to explain the rest of the situation. Screenshot In the meanwhile League of Legends is back up so enjoy your time!

ha spiegato tutto da come han iniziato a buttare giù i server ecc, praticamente spiega la lista che ho messo sopra e poi parla dell'arresto, che era pieno di pulotti (6 pattuglie) e bon, gli ha spiegato la situazione e han risolto
