una skin in CSS

Sto cercando di fare una skin in CSS.
Ma vengo subito al dunque...
Dato che il tipo che voleva farla, si è un po bloccato, io mi sono rotto di aspettare, così ho deciso di provare, magari con il vostro aiuto, di fare il tutto...

La skin è presa dal phpbb .-. e poi riportata per un altro forum...
