Tools for creating custom skins for the user interface. Go to the tools subdirectory of your 3DMark03 installation directory for the instructions, tools and base data needed for creating custom skins.
Full Frame Anti-Aliasing (FSAA) and full frame pixel shader post-processing can now be used concurrently. This produces the highest image quality and shows the game tests at their best. NOTE that the DirectX 9.0a runtime must be installed for this functionality.
A new custom benchmark setting that forces the more compatible, but lower performance, code path in game tests 2 and 3, using pixel shader 1.1. Professional hardware reviewers have asked us for this new setting to force the 1.1 pixel shader path on all supporting hardware.
All reported and identified problems and bugs in 3DMark03 have been fixed.
NOTE: 3DMark03 results from the original version (3.1.3) are identical with the results of this new build (3.2.0), except when using previously unavailable benchmark settings.
