Trinity Universe

Trinity Universe è un J-RPG realizzato in collaborazione da Idea Factory, GUST e Nippon Ichi Software. Si tratterà di un titolo cross-over, che presenterà molti personaggi delle serie delle tre case nipponiche, come Disgaea e Atelier. Il gioco ha una veste grafica in 3D, affiancata alle ormai tipiche scene dialogate con illustrazioni disegnate dei personaggi a schermo. Caratteristica peculiare di Trinity Universe è quella di avere due trame: lo scenario Megami (della Dea) e lo scenario Maoh (del Re Demone).
Il sistema di combattimento ci permetterà di controllare un gruppo di quattro personaggi, ognuno dei quali avrà un certo numero di AP per attaccare. Diversi attacchi saranno assegnati a diversi tasti del pad. Questo bs si avvicina molto a quello di cross edge, il punto forte è lo scovare le combo più temibili da utilizzare contro i nemici di turno.

Infinite Money and Convert Points Trick:
Once you have access to the Convert Shop you can get infinite money and convert shop points. This trick helps greatly in the game and also with a number of trophies. You will get access to this once you finish the first playthrough. Once you go to the second playthrough this trick becomes active again in chapter 11 when you can buy the fourth tier weapons again. Below are the details:

Spoiler:

•First buy as many 35,000 priced weapons as you can, then leave the shop.
•On the Convert Shop menu screen select Convert, then Convert all the weapons you bought into points.
•Use these points to buy Life Elixirs and/or Orichalcum Bars.
•Sell the Life Elixirs and/or the Orichalcum Bars for 20.000 each.
•For every 99 weapons you convert to Life Elixirs or Orichalcum Bars, you make 3,960,000 (almost 4 million) profit.

Basically for every 3 weapons you buy (105,000 investment) you can get 10 Life Elixirs or Orichalcum Bars and sell those for 200,000 making a profit of 95,000, almost doubling your investment.

99 Weapons will convert to 39600 points, from which you need 11760 points for the 99 Life Elixirs and 99 Orichalcum Bars and thus gain 27860 points free for use on whatever you want from the Convert Shop.

Optional Characters
There are 4 extra characters to get during the game. It is highly recommended to get all of them on your second playthrough or you are looking at an extra playthrough for the platinum. Since they are quite spoiling I have placed all of them in the spoiling section below:

•Miyu:
The managraphic artist, is acquirable in Chapter 2 of either character's story. You do not have to get this character during chapter 2 (I got her during chapter 5 on my first playthrough):
Visit the Managraphics Shop and buy a managraphic from Miyu, you have to more then what she asks to have her join you;
Pay an extra 10,000 for a managraphic.
Once you paid her leave the Shop and rest at the inn for a couple days
View the the following events 'Cooking with Mana' and then repeat the above twice more for the other 2 events: 'Budgeting Blues' and 'I'll go with you'
You may have to rest at the inn for a day or 2 between the shopping and the events.

•Recit:
This character's events start in Chapter 3 and is acquirable in chapter 4.
Chapter 3: Once you begin this chapter view the events and you should see Recit (the messy Orange hair guy) talk to Macaroon, then leave.
After that event, go to Yoma King Castle L3: Baptism Path, and kill the level boss.
Once you walk into the room after the level boss fight, you'll fight Recit (then he runs away, poor guy..)
Chapter 4: there are 3 events to view here (in this order): 'Peculiar Incident', 'Register Vendetta' and 'Keep the Receipt'.
During the last one, you fight Recit again, once you beat him he will join you.

•Mizuki:
This character shows up in Chapter 4, and you fight her. She will join you during Chapter 5.
You fight this character during Chapter 4 and again in Chapter 5
During Chapter 5 there will be 2 events you will need to see: 'Convenient Setup' and 'Mizuki's Mizugi'.
You fight Mizuki again during the second event and then she joins you after that.

•Suzaku:
This character is only available at the end of the second playthrough on true end requirements. Once you beat him in the second playthrough at the last chapter, he will join you before you enter the final dungeon of the true end.

Hai fatto bene ad aprire il TU. Comunque non mi pare ricordi granché Cross Edge, al di là dell'essere crossover è del tutto diverso sia come grafica sia come sistema di sviluppo e gameplay

Poi non credo sia il caso di demonizzare a priori la trama di un gioco che si pone fin da subito come autoironico\megamix di pg, chi compra un gioco simile lo fa per farsi quattro risate con le battute\citazioni\gag dei personaggi coinvolti, non certo attendendosi una tramona uber con mille colpi di scena inattesi

a me ricorda x edge sia per lo stile che per i mob che sono molti simili. Poi c'è sempre il minestrone di pg di varie saghe.
Per la trama se esce fatta bene ben venga, ma appunto ho ipotizzato che sarà soprattutto indicata per farsi quattro risate, come in disgaea e x edge. Poco profonda diciamo, magari con penosa ho esagerato

In ogni caso sarà uno dei giochi che prenderò una volta comprata PS3.

Comunque mi devo correggere, dei punti in comune con Cross Edge li ha nell'ambito del battle system e dell'uso delle combo con AP, link e altre amenità. A dire il vero quel lato è comune a tanti titoli IF-CH, pure ad Agarest.
