His last show was at a small club called The Gas Station in New York City on the eve of his death; In his last show he did a few songs before the power went out so he trashed the venue and walked the streets of New York naked and covered in blood and feces, surrounded by fans that he openly embraced. Recently on VH1's Freakiest Concert Moments, Allin's final show ranked at number four. On the show, Anthrax front man Scott Ian claimed to have been among those "unfortunate" enough to have attended. Ian commented about how Allin defecated onstage, threw his feces at the crowd, and then started fighting with the audience; at that point, Ian said he "hightailed the **** out of there."
At his funeral, his bloated, discolored corpse was dressed in his black leather jacket and trademark jock strap. He had a bottle of Jim Beam beside him in his casket, as per his wishes (openly stated in his self-penned acoustic country ballad, "When I Die"). As part of his brother's request, the mortician was instructed not to wash or put make up on the corpse, which smelled strongly of feces. The funeral became a wild party. Friends posed with the corpse, put drugs and whiskey into his mouth, and pulled down his jock strap to take pictures of his penis.

Insomma il tizio in questione faceva quello che gli pareva, la domanda che vi pongo è: al di là di una probabile malattia mentale, c'era qualcosa di male in quello che faceva? I vizi non sono crimini dice qualcuno, e in fondo se la gente paga per farsi tirare addosso delle feci o per farsi prendere a pugni come può esser "male" accontentare i loro desideri?
