The buyer claim that the transactions are not authorized, transactions are made on 11,12,13 and 15 Jun, he charged back a few hours ago. I talked with some other sellers and they all said they got charged back too, but no where near $400. I emailed paypal with my trade history..etc and planning to call them tomorrow.
What should I tell them?
Should I call them using my phone number that I provided in my profile (they called me on this number a week ago) or using Skype since it's free?
What should I do with these "Requiring your action" buttons?
