Lucky Red ha acquisito i diritti del film, ma non c'è ancora una data ufficiale. Sicuramente uscirà prima dell'arrivo in italia della serie.

Along with a brief introduction page, a “Staff & Cast” page has also been included amongst the new pages now available on the site, and it is no surprise that Tadayoshi Yamamuro, who worked for many years as character designer and animation supervisor on the Dragon Ball franchise, and more recently served as director and animation supervisor for Dragon Ball Z: Revival of “F”, is returning as the series’ sole character designer. No additional staff members have been officially announced as of yet, including a lead script writer, art director, or musical composer, although it was unofficially revealed that Norihito Sumitomo would be returning via his blog.
The majority of the main cast from Dragon Ball Kai and the recent films will be returning, including Yūko Minaguchi (Videl), Kōichi Yamadera (Beerus), Masakazu Morita (Whis), and Jōji Yanami as the series’ narrator, who was recently absent from Revival of “F”.

Ma quindi abbiamo il capitolo 517 del manga, dopo 5 anni abbiamo Battle of Gods, dopo qualche mese La Rinascita di F e dopo qualche altro mese la nuova serie Super. Giusto?

Tutto questo prima dei capitoli conclusivi del manga 518 e 519.


Se è tutto così spero in un retcon a questo punto, sarebbe bello veder finire Super con il torneo che si vede negli ultimi due capitoli ma con riferimenti agli avvenimenti passati o, ancora meglio, mettere il torneo a metà della serie (e quindi vedere l'UB cazzuto del Multiverse).

The story of Dragon Ball Super has been very much a mystery lately, but in the up-coming issue of Shuiesha’s V-Jump magazine, the silence is broken! The first new details we have on the story according to the magazine and AnimeNewsNetwork are as follows:

After defeating Majin Buu, life is peaceful once again. Ordered by Chi-chi to earn money, Goku works even as he wants to train even more. Meanwhile, Goten, about to become a brother-in-law to Videl, sets out on a journey with Trunks to find her a present.

The magazine specifically mentions the story takes place shortly after the battle with Majin Buu and will contain plot elements that tie it to the recent Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection ‘F’ movie. Additionally, the characters Beerus and Whis will return from Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods and Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection ‘F’ as regular characters in the series.
We are left a little confused with Beerus and Whis involved, but for the most part, the setting of the series seems to start before the Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods movie and likely transition to events after later on. In Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods, Gohan and Videl are presumed to be married since they are having a child, so the fact Goten is looking for a present for his soon-to-be sister-in-law leads us to believe the Dragon Ball Super story starts prior to the events of the 2013 movie.
