Dopo God of War Ragnarok, anche Elden Ring batte il primo colpo. E che colpo! Il titolo di From Software ha vinto il premio Ultimate Game of the Year in occasione dei Golden Joystick Awards 2022, uno dei riconoscimenti più importanti dell’anno istituito da GamesRadar.
Elden Ring ha portato a casa più statuette, così come From Software ha vinto il premio come miglior studio. C’è però un grosso MA: lo scontro con God of War Ragnarok non è stato possibile. Come potete vedere tra i giochi vincitori, non è mai presente il titolo di Santa Monica Studio. Questo perché i Golden Joystick Awards 2022 (arrivati alla 40esima edizione) hanno visto tra i titoli premiati i giochi pubblicati tra il 23 novembre 2021 e il 4 novembre 2022. E Ragnarok è stato pubblicato soltanto il 9 novembre 2022, diventando di fatto ineleggibile per i criteri dei premi.
