Final Fantasy VII Remake (qui la nostra recensione) e Resident Evil 3 hanno fatto il loro debutto su PlayStation 4 nel mese di aprile 2020 e subito sono comparsi nella classifica dei giochi più scaricati tramite il PlayStation Store, ovvero il negozio digitale di Sony Interactive Entertainment. Al primo posto della classifica però troviamo Grand Theft Auto V.
Il podio è stato invece completato da FIFA 20 (seconda posizione) e da Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, che ha perso due posizioni rispetto a marzo 2020. Di seguito la top 20:
