Sony Interactive Entertainment e Sony Interactive Entertainment San Diego Studio hanno annunciato con tanto di reveal trailer il nuovo MLB The Show 2019, nuovo capitolo della serie sportiva destinato esclusivamente a PlayStation 4. La data d’arrivo del gioco però è ancora lontana: 26 marzo 2019.
Il titolo baseball con pubblicazione annuale si presenta con alcune modalità innovative quali la “one versus one”, una modalità RPG e una “player versus player“. Sony ha annunciato ben quattro edizioni differenti:
- Standard: prezzo 59.99 euro
- Digital Deluxe Edition: include DLC esclusivi – prezzo 99 euro
- Gone Yard Edition: steelbook e cappello New Era Gone Yard Edition 9FIFTY – prezzo 99 euro
- MVP Edition: steelbook esclusivo – prezzo 69.99 euro
